目的 探讨新医改背景下,肿瘤专科临床药师在医院药事质控中的作用与思考。方法 查阅近年来各国肿瘤专科临床药师在药事质控方面采取的有效措施及方法,结合我国新医改政策,探讨肿瘤专科临床药师在肿瘤专科医院药事质控管理中的新思路。结果 肿瘤专科临床药师在医院药事质控方面有更广泛的工作内容和提升空间,但我国此类专业人才数量还面临很大缺口。结论 肿瘤专科临床药师可依据医院现有条件,探索多种模式的药事质控环节管理,确保临床用药安全、经济、有效、适宜。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To discuss the new ideas and new METHODS of pharmaceutical management of cancer hospital based on the background of the new health care reform. METHODS Read and summarize the effective management measures and METHODS carried out by clinical pharmacists in cancer quality control in recent years of several countries,to discussthe new ideas of the pharmacy administration quality control according to China′s health care reform policy at the same time.RESULTS Oncology pharmacists have more extensive work and space on quality control, but the number of oncology pharmacists is insufficient. CONCLUSION Various ways are attempted by oncology pharmacists on quality control depend on existing conditions of hospital,to insure clinical medication safe,effective,economy and appropriate.
